E-RIHS PP partners gathered on 12th and 13th of September 2017 at the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cybernetics (CIIRC) in Prague for the second E-RIHS PP interim meeting.

The meeting was introduced by Eva Zažímalová, president of the Czech Academy of Sciences and Stanislav Pospíšil, director of ITAM, the Czech partner of E-RIHS PP.
During the meeting, E-RIHS PP partners discussed the first documents on E-RIHS legal status, financial planning, and governance model. A session was devoted to the presentation of the first version of E-RIHS Scientific Vision whose elaboration was coordinated by IPANEMA. Loïc Bertrand thus presented the main scientific ambitions of E-RIHS and animated a discussion in its the future scientific strategy. He also outlined the working methodology that will be adopted and that will favour collaborative work and participation of the scientific communities.
The second day of the meeting enabled to explain the advancement of several work packages of the project (data management, E-RIHS Academy…) and to present a state of play of national initiatives.

The E-RIHS second interim meeting was followed the 14th of September 2017 by the first gathering of the Stakeholders Advisory Board (SAB). The SAB is composed of representatives of ministries and other national funding bodies called to be founding members of the E-RIHS consortium. The SAB has an advisory mission : it is interacting with the E-RIHS PP Steering Committee on all strategic, legal and financial aspects of E-RIHS preparation.
