Access
The conference will be held in the Grand auditorium (under the Pyramid) of the musée du Louvre in Paris. All attendees are invited to access the musée du Louvre through the Group Entrance ("Accès des groupes", Richelieu aisle, see map).
We would like to remind you that due to security reasons, any items that exceed cabin baggage dimensions (55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm) is no longer accepted in the museum. Although we will do our best to solve individual issues, please make sure to leave your luggage at your hotel.

Orals
The duration of oral presentations will be 15 minutes (invited papers 25 minutes ; public session 45 minutes) followed by 5 min discussion. Oral presentations should be provided as a PDF or PPT. In the latter case (PPT), parallel generation of a PDF is advised.
Posters
Poster will be on display in the nearby Salle des 80 of the museum. They should be installed Wednesday before 2pm and picked up Thursday at the latest at 2:15pm.
Poster boards will accommodate A0 size portrait posters : height 1189 mm (46.8 inches), width 841 mm (33.1 inches). You are encouraged to bring handouts so that interested participants have something to refer back to.
Study visits
Study visits are organised at the Louvre on the last day of the conference. They will consist in a discussion organised between a curator of the Louvre museum, an analytical scientist and a small group of attendees. Each study visit will have a specific theme and will focus on artworks in one of the eight departments of the Louvre. Places are limited, please be sure to attend the visit you register to. The visit may end a little after 6pm, on the Friday afternoon. Please register online.
